Barrelborne — Support

Barrelborne is a game about a skeleton in a barrel, a sarcastic goblin engineer and a very long way up. If something is wrong, or you have an idea, write to support@blackmeridian.online and say which iPhone and iOS version you use.

Questions

Where is my progress saved? On your iPhone only. Deleting the game deletes your progress, and it does not move to a new phone.

I bought something and do not have it. Open the workshop and tap “Restore purchases”. Purchases you made only once, such as Double Coins, come back on any iPhone signed in to the same Apple ID. Coin packs are used up once granted and cannot be restored.

How do I get a refund? Refunds are handled by Apple: see https://reportaproblem.apple.com.

Which languages does the game speak? English, Russian and Ukrainian. It follows your iPhone’s language, or choose one under “Settings” at the catapult.

Does the game need the internet? No. It works offline. Buying something needs a connection to the App Store.
